I'd love that. Not for my lower back, that's fine. For my neck. I've had a bulged disc (presumably) for about eight years now. It gets better, it gets worse. Fucking sucks.
There's some mega-nerd on the Internet (like, a well-known algorithms guy, I don't remember) who basically has a custom Laz-Y-Boy setup that works a bit like that, but at more of a 45 degree angle.
It would be easier to sell if it wasn't photographed with a fucking eMac.

Closest thing is a big ass tv with wireless kb + trackball you can use that laying in your bed with no desk.

A big ass tv with a wireless keyboard and wireless trackball works perfectly no retard setup needed. I've tried everything and it's the most functional comfortable easiest cheapest thing around.

I like to have the trackball to the side of the keyboard rather than below it. Ideally what I want doesn't exist. It's all about making do with what's available, which is basically shit but better than nothing, I guess.

I've yet to see a single non-stock/google image of this set up. It seems lately the fat lazy fucks here have been fantasizing over equipment for the paraplegic.
I find that the default sitting position is comfortable, but you really need to adjust the monitor height.
The vast majority of tables/monitors I've seen simply don't reach the height they should, and basically you're always looking down when you should be looking directly ahead.
I've seen people slouch from this, and get permanent slouches, when they could have simply chucked a bunch of books beneath the monitor stand.

I suffer from a severe auto immune disease that destroys your lower back and hips. I live in pain every day. Even I would not use this. Not only will it make your back worse, it's pretty much a death sentence.
I just put my mouse and keyboard on my chair and lay on my bed when i'm tired or when i want to fap, no need for fancy setups.
