So i got my second 980ti strix. I need some help connecting the PSU to the second card pic related (yellow wires)i connected the wires from the first card into the seconds pins but it didnt give it full power (red strix LEDs) help me pls thanks guyx

You need another PCIE cable or two. An entirely seperate cable that runs from your PSU to the card. Just because one cable has two 6+2 plugs doesn't mean it can adequately power them. That's why this isn't working.
