Maxwell chip like it cool, as that'll cause them to throttle up. So, finding a card with a really good cooler is more important then the one with the beefiest power delivery. Avoiding coil whine and other annoying things as well. I'd honestly buy a reference EVGA card with their ACX cooler, maybe the G1 Gaming if you wanna gamble with having coil whine.
