Dell Venue 8 Pro is what i bought a year ago, around 150$ for the 64GB version. Runs Win10 now, it's as smooth as baby's butt.
Or you could go for one of the new Teclasts with Atom x8500, which is even better performance wise (GPU being about 3 times stronger)
