You can keep default mpv settings if you want.
This is much more better than mpc-hc or madvr default settings.
There is no official madvr guide because madshi is too lazy for that.
These unofficial madvr guides are wrong and are based on author's perceptions.
Do not forget that madvr is closed source and works only on windows.
We are on 4chan and most of people here use other operating systems too.
The final goal of madvr is to become a paid software so he created nice gui.
Most of us here are against commercial shits and bloated gui.

it's difficult to integrate. SuperRes works in a weird way, it's using inverse downscaling to upscale in an iterative way. It needs to work both as a pre and post filter, so they would need to work out in the backend.

This build is more recent than lanchs0r's one.
So more issues were fixed.
Now try OP settings and add interpolation and video-sync=display-resample or try autospeedwin lua script.
