its basically arch with a /g/ made configuration file manager somethingn something
/g/ has a bunch of competent code monkeys but the the number of idea guys weigh them vastly outweighs them. Not to mention the desire to create an OS where the main function will be watching anime.
/g/ has tried before, but they have never succeeded.

I'd be surprised if /g/ could even collectively write a file system, let alone a full fledged operating system.
No, there will never be a /g/ OS.
Most people here have no clue as to the amount of work that goes in to writing software, especially a large project. At most you would get a distro with a custom theme.
Everyone keeps saying a new project is created and never goes past the logo or kernel phase.
How about making it open source so even if the original developers leave others can continue to eventually make a /g/OS. I would be hella interested in such a thing. But i wont lie, even i would have points where i might go awol and then come back.
