i've had it for a little over two years now and I love it. it stays cool in the summer and dosen't get sticky like leather (we have high humidity here) the seat is super comfortable and dosen't deflate and get flat like shitty foam chairs, and the back support is just great. even if you ignore the comfort, this chair still looks as good as the day I bought it. it dosen't creak, dosen't squeak or rattle, the fabric still looks brand new and everything is really solid. people can say what they want about ergonomic chairs but few products hold up this well over time, and the 12-year warranty is unbeatable.
