I need a recommendation on something like dropbox, that doesn't redirect your links to some shitty comment section on your dropbox and put direct linking behind a paywall.

It can either be setup by yourself under half an hour ( https://owncloud.org/install/#instructions-server , https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sqSTeWO-pkM )
or preconfigured freely using a 3rd party provider ( https://owncloud.org/providers/#Free_plans )

Is there some cloud service that allows me to web seed from it?

I think I'll pass on owncloud m8.
Host your own with Seafile, there's Owncloud too, but it sucks in comparison, only thing it does better is having a nicer UI.
There's SFTP, Mega, Google Drive, etc.
>>51667710
Yeah I'm totally gonna host my own server so I could back up 20 wallpapers and like 2 documents.
>>51667437
Onedrive, google drive, mega (although it uses javascript to encrypt/decrypt your shit, so you might run into problems).
I never got why someone would use shitbox when the free service is clearly inferior to both the Google and MS alternative.

Best is Yandex Disk
>>51669059
google drive shits itself when it tries to sync a large folder.
3 year old problem still not fixed.
I don't understand why any one would use google drive to "backup" their data when they are this unreliable.
