I mean besides the obvious illegal shit a lot of the forums are more like "hey look we're so secure on tor so we can talk about tor" and a bunch of obvious scams. And a lot of the boards would be good but theres just not enough people to get good discussions going on many of them. Tor itself is still useful if you want to look up something that isn't illegal but you'd rather not risk being put on a list for but the "deep web" or "Dark Net" (which while still dumb and edgy is probably more accurate as the deep web technically contains shit like the files on CDN's and other things not normally indexed) isn't the vast fucking ocean they pretend it is.
