Same, I was blow away by how good it is compared to AMD Raptr.
I don't know how good AMD DVR is now but back when Omega was release Rapt would stop recording in loading screens in some games like STALKER SoC and the overlay was ugly and really slow.

You can use it for both nvidia and AMD I think. It's pretty lacking options/settings but it should detect your graphics and use the appropriate hardware encode so you don't have to take a framerate drop.

Welcome to GPU encoding. Too bad the streamable bitrates look like fucking ass. Use OBS to fiddle with the NVEC settings or whatever the fuck it is called. Superfast x264 preset is better looking than what the Shadowplay uses but that shit runs on CPU and can seriously hurt performance during games.
