Very Good, the cursor is always exactly below the stylus tip. There are some issues doing slow diagonal lines, but doing quick strokes eliminates the issue.
I've used plenty of Wacom-based Tablet PCs such as many ThinkPad X series, TP Tablet 2 and the Surface Pro 1 and this beats the fuck out of them. Obviously it's not going to be as good as a dedicated Wacom Cintiq or Intuos.
I also tried out the Pencil at the Store and it isn't much different from the Surface except for the low quality tilt sensing.

Sort of regret getting this flex noe, I do own a screen-less tablet, which I used originally to how to an into artfagging but I can't go back to it after moving into traditional art.
I also can't convince myself to part with all the cash I'd need for a Cintiq.
It would as be quite hard to see myself spending that amount for a surface when I already own a phone/laptop and desktop for everything I need. Maybe I'll wait til around February to pick up a like-new, used one for cheap when the buyers remorsefags start wanting a little money back.
