Cooler Master K282 Case
MSI R9 390 GAMING 8G GC
i5-6600K
Corsaire Vengeance Pro Series 4x2 DDR3
ASUSTek Intel Z97 MB
Scythe Kotetsu CPU Fan
650W Owltech Power Supply Unit

Please be gentle and tell me if this rig I want to build is absolute garbage and what needs to be changed or if it's ok.

Everything looks dank except the psu and the power supply. I've never even heard of Owltech. And for the cpu cooler get a Hyper 212 Evo or Cryorig H7
>>
>>51642681
dumped both cpu fan and psu for an hyper 212 evo as suggested and Corsair CX600M 600W (600w enough?) for the psu.

is it ok now ?

Are Seasonic PSUs an option?
>>
>>51642743
I'd go higher on the Wattage for your PSU.
Also, avoid Rosewill anything like the fucking plague.
My rosewill PSU had a loose wire in one of the SATA plugs before i even plugged the damn computer in. Guess that's what i get for buying parts once a damn month.

>I'd go higher on the Wattage for your PSU

Why, retard? 600W is more than enough for his build, even with the heaviest overclocks he could possibly throw at it.

Wait until the 6700k drops in price and get the i7. Trust me it will be better and you wont be kicking yourself in the nuts.

Back when I bought my 2500k everyone said i5 is enough for gay men but I really regret not getting the 2600k.
>>
>>51644578
because
>R9 390
>Corsair CX600M

wouldnt trust one of those heat factories on that psu
>>
>>51642667
Can you use an i5 6600k with Z97?

Skylake requires the z170 chipset, and DDR4 memory.
>>
>>51642667
>>51647675

Go i5 4690k to save money, or get a Z170 and DDR4
>>
>>51642919
They're top tier.
>>
>>51647709
That's not how you spell i7 5930K with X99 and DDR4
