Hello.
I ordered a mechanical Focus FK-2001 on ebay but received a FK-9200 instead. Is it worth sending back? this thing is huge as fuck compared to FK-2001

>>

You did quite ok.

At least the k70 doesn't have LEDs which can die on you if I recall correctly.
>>
What would you recommend me as a typing board I can bring to work?
I like the sound and look of the HHKB however I use the arrow keys too much to navigate terminal history and pg-up pg-down as I use irssi quite often.
Some also overpriced tkl realforce or an other board can to the job?

>case still doesn't fit because the cut-outs are too small and pressing against the connectors
>have to sand-paper it for hours until the pcb is a good fit
>time to put in the switches
>they don't fit as well because the cut-outs seem to have 1mm+ tolerance
>keep jumping out or being partially lifted when I force them in
>have to spend another day to sandpaper the switch cut-outs and removing parts of the switch casings until all of them are a good fit
>eventually everything works perfectly
But then I realized I hate the layout of the thumb keys and ended up never using it

I finally got to try Clears today and they feel pretty neat. I don't really have much to say other than that they're pretty neat. It's not like my WPM has changed at all either. I might end up using these as my main from now on, they feel pretty nice in comparison to Browns. Not sure if they're better than my Topre though, but we'll see.

spacebars are for comfortability only
>>
>>51637449

I flipped my space bar for about a week. While I did think it made it more comfortable, so to speak, it didn't feel right. My thumbs tend to slam on the bar, and sometimes that slam feels so good after I type up something I love and make a space. I don't get that same feeling with the flipped bar.

Can anyone recommend a good wireless keyboard for an HTPC home theater?

I bought a Rii K12 Ultra Slim and I'm having serious buyer's remorse. It types keys all by itself randomly and I frequently lose control of the mouse cursor. It seems the antenna for this keyboard has been encased in metal on every side except up. Sometimes I have to tilt the keys towards my PC to get it to reconnect.

Very frustrating.
