Got this quartz wenger for 2 bucks at a thrift shop. Cleaned the aluminum with cream of tartar mixed with water (read it on a watch forum) because it was covered in corrosion. Had to superglue the both leather retaining loops.
Battery was dead so I installed one myself. Had to wrap it in a towel and squeeze it down with two pairs of pliers to get the back on again.
Quartz movement seems pretty accurate.

I can't seem to find the SARG007 on Seiya's fancy ass new website but he's just a dude who buys Seikos in Japan and mails them to you and he's a nice guy so you could probably just ask him for one even if it isn't on the site.
That said I think a lot of the Hamilton Khakis are also pretty nice so it's really a toss-up over which one you prefer, ignore all the obnoxious militant Seiko dickriding that has overrun these threads lately. I own an assload of Seikos and I hate Swatch as a company as much as anyone else but this shit is getting out of hand.

That's kind of what happens when you have a single company suck up every single competitor. Swatch has no reason to bother producing and maintaining spares for two completely different but functionally identical 28,800bph automatic day-date 3-register cam-actuated chrono movements. They probably just decided they had to kill one of them even though both are perfectly good.

5100s are reliable and sturdy, but when ETA bought the world they decided not to update the tooling, so they stopped making them. ETA chose the Valjoux 7750 as their main cheap chrono caliber instead. I can see the logic- the 775x is easy to modify for all sorts of different purposes- moonphase, GMT, day/month, etc, etc- so it's a good base for a lot of things. I can't recall the 5100 being used for so many different options. On the other hand, the 5100 is tougher than the 7750 (but the 7750 is pretty tough itself, you never hear of handwinding issues like with the 2824-2).
I think it just came down to a corporate decision- they had two choices, equally good, and picked one over the other.
