Kdenlive confirmed for the worst shit ever.
>chose to use it instead of Premiere Pro because it had at first a smoother playback, and heard good comments about it.
>kdenlive always shitting in my hands, crashing every now and then, each time I was modifying something.
>video could have been done in one day, took me four days
Once the video I am working on is confirmed finished by my company without any other edits needed, I’ll definitively uninstall it.
Would you /g/uys have any other recommendation

- shotcut

What is wrong with premiere pro?
This is a portable with native performance (no vm) and cracked version.

thanks! I’m gonna check them out

I don’t know, the playback is just really laggy. But I’m gonna check this portable version, I didn’t know it existed.
>not being able to handle blender
report the bugs. patches are also welcome, probably
you know, this is not windows (only) software.

Try LIVES

Blender is actually pretty heavy for my dual core thinkpads in the home. Hell, even some things in Krita get slow. I think it has to do more with openGL.

This, OP is a faggot

why would you do video editing on such a machine?
too bad it's the best available for linux
>>51613063
blender is far superior.

Not OP, but I feel like shotcut isn't as viable as kdenlive for more complex tasks than cutting, merging and converting videos.
Even something as simple as adding a local blur to a piece of video was impossible.

Can someone confirm this is legit?
