How do you organize your files & folders, /g/? I'm looking for a new way to easily find images, videos, documents, etc. My shit's a mess.

I've got somewhere around 45,000 images with the filenames of "a908234-ads" because they all came off imageboards, and would like to rename them. They're already hand-sorted into folders (I wasn't so lazy I just saved them wherever and moved them later at least) so I would like to be able to go into my folders and go "redheads 001 through 999" for example.

I have it make everything lowercase, remove spaces and if specified, numbered.
also, I made a batch conversion tool to convert media formats. mainly because m4a doesn't allow tag decent editing.
