Is it just me, or is the Windows 7-10 paint multiple magnitudes of dogshit compared to the earlier versions? They just added more vector shapes and retarded brushes, and broke the fill tool. I mean what's the point.

Just use XP paint on Windows 7 or above by overwriting it with the old one! It works fine!
It's a weird hybrid. They tried to make it more functional, and added that smooth effect to everything you draw, even when the only use of Paint anyone ever had was to have clean .pngs with solid pixel borders and solid colors

Its less that its dogshit, more that they broke a bunch of shit for no reason and made it clunky as hell as a result.
New Paint without all the shit they broke, the false AA, the stupid way they manage vector shapes, even lines etc. would all be nice.
Not that you use Paint for anything useful, nobody does, but I'm sure that like me you like to dick around in it to relieve some stress harmlessly whilst you think about shit.
