Come with Win 10 preinstalled, which means the BIOS is in "Idon'tRememberTheName" and you won't be able to install Linux.
And if you don't get a lenovo thinkpad for linux, you are doing it wrong.

Libreboot only goes up to xx00 series thinkpads and a single chrome book. Coreboot has support up to xx30 I believe.
