Love the speaker stands. Most people don't take speaker height adjustment as seriously as they should.
That said, your space looks a bit cramped. It would look nicer if you moved things away from the wall lining up the front of your desk with the front of your PC tower. I'd also add a base/stand under your tower to lift it up off the floor. If it were me I'd also add an adjustable keyboard/mouse holder arm under the desk for muh ergonomics.
No interest in getting a desk, I like having all this room with these tables.

It magically makes the chair infinitely more breathable. I don't understand why since it's just a rather thin piece of fabric, but it works great.

More like better camera, or learn how to use it. I can never take proper pictures with this thing, it was plenty bright when I took that pic. As for the desk, I like it. Everything fits so well, /g/ just doesn't like glass desks because you can see the cords behind everything (Of which I have very well managed).

I agree with the other guy, I think your problem is lighting. Look at how bright your monitors are compared to the rest of your room, and look at the pixel noise. Of course a better camera would help, but a cheap light would do it.
