I have an HTC ONE M8 with windows 10 mobile and i have no complaints. the whole "theres no apps thing" is BS. i used an android for years and there are zero apps that i miss. maybe some of you have some games or specific apps that arent available, but for myelf, using it mostly for work, having strong compatibiity with my desktop and tablet are very nice. my biggest complaint with the phone is the hardware... the camera blows.

By your list, you should do fine with a mid range wp. Lumia camera is decent, apps are there and they are pretty affordable, only downside is the lack of an official yt app, obviously there are alternatives but ehhhh. Search in the ms website for the apps you need and check by yourself. I'm too drunk to continue writing. Cheers.
