Just use linux, open with gparted or something similar delete any partitions,and create new ones, or if it doesnt work use dd and format it/fill it with zeroes, also you could try windows disk error checking (that is if windows detectvthe card at all)

I figured that since all the files on the visible partition seem to be intact, returning the card to its pre-corrupted state is a possibility.
The reason why format will be my last resort is because there's an inaccessible partition created by a 3DS hack that can't be accessed without the 3DS. It contains my game saves so I'd rather not lose it.

I think dd should be able to see the partition(s), so copy them (then you can mount them and edit/copy shit inside them) or just format the card and write those partitions (or only 3ds one) back to the card
