Well ive tried out this private tracker stuff for a few months got into everywhere i want but its just a lot of hassle.
Set up sonarr and usenet and you basically do nothing after that, everything is available to watch on plex as its released and you do literally nothing. With torrents you always have the burden of holding on to the file and any asociated files and seeding them a certain amount of time and ensure you keep enough buffer to download the next thing etc. Different sites have different rules for how long to seed etc with the threat of banning or download priveledge removed if you fuck up in anyway.
I can see the appeal of "ranking up" and earning fictional online "promotions" for people that dont have jobs and dont get out much but id rather have something that just werks.

Are you retarded? Cross seed from one tracker to another with your seedbox. Upload lots of torrents, reach a high userclass and download at least 1TB and you will get into HDBits without any issue.
The only thing keeping a person from joining HDbits is the unwillingness to upload torrents.

I'm talking about cross-seeding from one lesser tracker to another tracker to get the stats needed for HDB to even look at recruiting you, ya derp.
It's not fucking hard to upload torrents. You just have to put in some time and do it before other people do it, and that's not very hard on PTP. There's tons of torrents that take hours for people to upload, and even some obscure movies that don't get uploaded at all.
To get into HDB, you need to do the following:
* Have a 6 month account at a major tracker
* Reach a high userclass like Elite or TM which needs dozens and dozens of uploads.
* Download 1TB
* Upload 1TB
* Have an average seedtime of 1 month or better. ( to keep seedbox hogs out)
* Not be warned.
* Be prepared to be asked for profile links to other trackers even after you send the recruiter your PM and to not be warned on those trackers.

Top 3 is a tough choice, especially if I am going for ALL time favorite Animes.
This is a fairly personal list and I dont expect your top 3 to match mine.
1. Overlord (2015): I know this one just came out, and it's another one of the MMO-types. BUT, I felt overlord really captured something different about the genre, and while it may only be #1 in my list because it is also the most recent, it really was a very well done first season in my opinion.
2.Chihayafuru(2013): This show is one I originally was unsure about, it being an anime about Kurata (japanese traditional card game), it isn't the most action packed anime out there, but it makes up for it with excellent pacing and good plot.
3. Planetes(2003): I mainly liked it for the characters, very well done and a good compliment of mixing archetypes. The animation itself was also well done and enjoyable to watch. Overall def one of my favorite, even if it isn't a stand out anime.
I could keep going, and it was tough enough choosing only 3, it would honestly be easier to make a top 20 or top 25 list.

Yes, you can use a VPN for your torrenting.
Also an important distinction here is that they don't like shared IP VPNs for browsing the site.
If you use your own static one (like a VPS/Seedbox) for browsing the site you're fine. If you choose to do this though perhaps send a staff PM to let them know if you're a new account.

Text to speech is probably faster than some of the people that type it out. Especially if you are good with it.

i don't remember exactly, but i think it was like 10/15/20 minutes for each set of questions. it doesn't take form as a conversation (except maybe some extra question at the end), so some delay before you answer is expected and not suspicious at all. if the limits seems difficult, i would mention it before the interview begins, you might get some extra time.
