If your talking about hangouts there is an option to merge conversations with the same person and you can set your Google account as your profile for sending SMS. This makes all your conversations pretty much act like they are normal SMS conversations.

I like the clock and the background is OK with soft colors. I see no reason for the app drawer button to be on the top of the screen and the folders make that particular area seem cluttered. Maybe move them to a different pane and keep just the essentials on this one? Nice job overall 8/10
