I randomly get messages im banned when browsing on mobile networks. I guess ip changes as you move around town.
Last time it was for posting PC, just waited a bit and I was fine. It kinda sucks how people get shared IPs banned like that.

shit happens to me all the time, some dumbass will get banned on a random board like /lit/ and I won't be able to post, I appeal and tell them they range banned the mobile IPs and within 30 minutes the ban is lifted usually
