Yeah, but I would occasionally press both buttons probably, since my big toe sometimes gets pushed down by my second toe. I'd be better off having one button on my big toe, and one button on my tiny toe.
On the left foot I'd be lost though. I can only move all toes, or just the big toe.

this. and really if you're having pain from a mouse you need to correct your desk setup. your hand should be quite relaxed. your forearm should be properly supported so that your hand gently drapes over your mouse. palm grip shouldn't even be a thing, it's called idiotic ergonomics. get a table or tray that is below your hand and your chair should be low enough to have your feet flat on ghe vround with your shoulders relaxed and not bunching up. your elbows should be free.
