>friend suggests RAM, I had 4 GB at the time, he thinks I should get 2x4GB RAM things so that I have 12GB

>order the RAM online
>comes in two days
>install it after some struggle

tl;dr spend months thinking RAM will make my PC a monster while my savant friend doesn't notice a single problem with how outdated my computer is. Boring story but I need to vent my rage at autists like myself
