I have a 951. It's not worth upgrading if you already have a decent ssd but if you're looking to buy a new ssd go for it. My boot time went from 11 to 6 seconds. Extracting big archives is lightning fast. Just make sure your motherboard's m.2 slot is actually x4. Mine wasn't so I'm using an m.2 to pci-e adapter and it works great.
