WCD takes some time to get momentum, but after you get the hang of it it is pretty easy. I make between 3.5-5GB/day.
Upload new stuff, permaseed everything, and lurk here often to see when the Staff Picks come out and other events that include torrents set to FL. Those will get you a ton of buffer. I'd bet something might happen around Thanksgiving. For sure something around Christmas and New Years.

If you're seeding a torrent which is being seeded by a shitton of other peers, then it's only logic you won't gain much upload. Torrents get preferentially seeded by the people with the highest upload speed, so if you have a shitty connection, you're double fucked.
Pretty much every tracker has a bonus point system though, so as long as you seed many torrents, for many days, you'll build a buffer eventually.
