Probably cyber monday or even closer to the holidays. Black friday is such a scam that they slightly increase prices before release and then knock them back down again and people panic and buy shit because it is so "cheap" even though their pre-black friday sales are cheaper. Cyber monday seems to have better deals anyway in the last few years other than doorbuster sales at retails stores.
My spreadsheet is not up to date, those prices are from a week or two ago just fyi.
