It's nothing particularly special OP, just computers built with specs to handle whatever software and operations they're running. It's the same as our government computers. Can range from a 7 year old dual core with 2 gbs of ram, or a brand new workstation that costs thousands.
The tech in the war room doesn't matter as much as the tech that's actually used in their cyber warfare

Looks like bunch of generic PCs, probably even purchased from an american company.
I somehow doubt these computer run on those russian Elbrus SPARC processors, they're horribly underpowered for anything other than a military "in the field" applications
