I have to keep my monitor low, if it's high my neck does this S shape after a while, at least it's a acceptable angle that way.

What I did is I added 5 textbooks under the monitor to make it higher. It helped but my neck is pretty fucked up already because I was doing the same as th OPs pic before adding the textbooks.

I started work in an office just over a year ago after finishing university. Also had a bad memory foam pillow that put my head too high when I used it. End result was pins and needles in my face and arms, back pains and headaches.
After seeing a physio he pointed out my head was too far forward, the muscles at the front of the neck had become too tight and those at the back too loose. He gave me some neck exercises to do which seemed to help. Also saw a doctor who recommended a goose down pillow.
I felt better afterward with that help, but I haven't been keeping up with the exercises and I see some pains returning. Lesson of the story: do some exercise!
