I have never touched a Nvidia card after 7300GT for a reason. Meanwhile my Radeon HD 4600 refuses to die even though it gave inferior performance and higher temps than 7300GT.
In the end, I think Intel Iris will come through as the most efficient and hassle free way to game on medium - high settings.
