can someone tell me what just happened
i was using my desktop computer probably 10 minutes ago. i'm doing an assignment and have word open. i look down at the work i have in front of me and look back up and see the words "sex game" typed into word. i delete it but my cursor starts freaking out. then, documents on my pc start opening and closing at random the whole thing is freaking the fuck out. I manage to control it long enough to restart but upon restarting, nothing has happened.

another thing, many of the actions were done without my cursor moving on screen. things were opened, highlighted and selected at random but my cursor never moved on its own

Well as long as you were not running X.org as root, your system should be fine.
But really OP, you should stick to official repositories for your software. If you *must* install something off the beaten path, you need to check it out and make sure it's legit. Always remember to check the md5sum!
