How much of an impact does having multiple fans in a PC have on cooling? I currently have a Corsair H60 attached to my i7 6700k (which is running at ~70C at 100% load). The case is a Corsair 200R.

depends on your case and hardware. More isn't necessarily better. (but sometimes is) Ideally you want to plan your case's airflow so that air either comes in or goes out only at places you put fans, which lets you force air to travel past certain places by leaving vents open.
