Its an LG phone called the Fx0 running FirefoxOS.
It came out early this year as a carrier exclusive in Japan but has recently started selling on Amazon for $50.
I really dig the look and I think I read when it first came out that its based largely on the 2013 Nexus 5, I could be wrong though.
I have a bunch of pics of it if anyone wants me to dump them.
It came with two different backs, both transparent but with differing textures.

It's a low-end device and even if the device is modeled after the G series handsets, the battery is surprisingly non-removable. At least it kept the SD card slot.
If Firefox would appeal more to nerds and free software fanatics (OS and browser), and made fxos run android apps, this would have a market. Otherwise, they have to beat tizen first.
