What's the complaint? The colors show more quickly which ones are biggest. If you want the old Win7 style process list, see the Details tab. You'll also find that most stuff about the Performance tab is leagues beyond what Win7's Task Manager shows.

The System memory usage is due to file prefetching, which can be turned off. Can't remember how, but will drop it back to a few MB instead of gobbling up an ungodly amount of RAM.

That's the corsair vengeance ram, right? You really should double check you've got it running correctly at the right speed voltage and timings. Speccy very very very rarely reports ram wrong. Have you checked cpu-z?

Did you forget to set the XMP profile? (assuming your motherboard supports it)
If not, go into your bios and set it manually to the proper settings. I have the same ram, so it should be 2400mhz 11-13-13-31 1.65v Double check your package to be sure though. I'm not responsible for your ram becoming an hero.
For future reference, any sort of ram above 1333mhz normally has to be configured in bios or else it'll run at default 1333mhz 9-9-9-24

Ram speed is dependent on your CPU base multiplier. So yours is just barely shy off 100, which is perfectly fine. Some motherboards are funny about having a base multiplier of exactly 100. (For example, mine either runs at 99.98 or 100.05. Won't stick to 100.00 no matter what I do.)
1mhz below speed is infinitesimally small. Just round up.
Also, what >>51402449 said is true. Put nicely, Speccy reports the actual mhz per stick of ram. The two sticks running 1200Mhz together gives you the "2400" which is actually MT/s. They just call it 2400mhz for marketing reasons.

I updated to Windows 10 by keeping all my shit, big mistake. GPU failures, CPU usage 100%, RAM 100%, that shit was a nightmare.

It's probably a bunch of stuff summed up together because when I got my new PC it used up like 1-1.5 GB in idle. They claim W7 64 bit needs at least 2GB to run so I don't get why you are so surprised.
