So i just changed my graphics driver on Ubuntu 15.10 and it turns out it cuts the feed from my computer to the screen after BIOS. My BIOS is also stupid and does not display the boot menu. Am I fucked?

i can get into Ubuntu's recovery mode function but i don't know which option to choose from there. Failsafe graphic mode showed a message that just kept popping up upon clicking OK. this thread is crap sorry ill stop posting and figure it out myself.

OP, just grab the disk and put it into another machine and work on fixing it there.
You can either try booting the possibly damaged OS, or boot a known good OS, mount the other drive, and repair it from there.
Guessing you're using amd drivers.
The fglrx is fucked on 15.10, so you have to use the open source driver for now. Check the Ubuntu wiki, don't have a link handy.
