I used a Latitude with Ntrig.
While the driver was a pain in the ass to install, the pen worked flawless.
It was lag-free, simple to use, literally flawless.
The only problem with the whole thing was the laptop's thickness, since it had a Core2Duo and all, it wasn't so thin.

The iPad Pro/Pencil appears to have, consistently, 6 frames of latency which is about 50ms.
The Surface Pro 4 appears to have, consistently, 8 frames of latency which is about 66ms.
But I have some greater concerns with the tracking on the Surface Pro or One Note, which ever may be to blame here.
The Pencil does look to be really accurate.

The main reason the A9X beats the i5-6300U is the SHA1 score and memory benchmark, you can check this yourself.

Looks more like 10 frames delay on this one for both the iPad Pro and Surface Pro 4 in the 120fps segment. I am still concerned about the accuracy of the tracking on the Surface Pro and the lines on the iPad Pro still appear smoother and more accurate to where the Pencil actually contacts the screen.
