Very much so. Card cools passively until 60C. I'm able to play games like Dark souls 1, 2, and even older games like Bioshock 1 and 2 at 2560x1440 and the fans never even come on.
Games like FO4, COD and theyll come on. Card doesnt see past 72C usually. Of course can get loud if at 100%fans usage.
Powercolor has decent customer service as well. Overall Im satisfied.

Sapphire and powercolor dont have any of these problems. My ppwercolor 390 benches at 80C under 100% load while overclocked to 1300mhz while at 1.3v with LN2 modded BIOS flashed.

ATX, I like good cable management, top mounting fans, and bottom mounting PSU as I find that makes a huge difference in air flow. Would assume most cases that will fit a foot long GPU would also fit my EVO 212 cooler.
Was considering a Fractal R5, but its space is 310mm and the card is 308mm so its a tight fit. Fractal S would fit it easier, but is a bit barren on HDD slots.
Kinda considering Rosewill Thor V2, shit load of fan slots, full tower so its heavy as fuck, but it looks like it would have great air flow. Only hesitation is that I have one of their SD card readers and it kinda sucks.

Witcher runs and looks perferctly fine without gameworks. And the HBAO+ doesnt affect performance badly on AMD cards. only problem is hairworks, but that runs on high settings anyways only on highly overclocked 980 with 60+ FPS, so it's essentially a dealbreaker for cards like the 970 too.
in fallout 4 the gameworks effects decrease performance by the same performance they do on nvidia cards. i just hope AMD will release a driver that improves performance in general (cards dont exactly perform how they should, still absolutely playable). maybe Crimson will fix sth here.
well and arkham knight... well fuck that. was broken, is broken and probably led to the worst PR gameworks could get.
