Windows update quality control at it again. Don't install kb3097877 yet, it's definitey faulty. Causes problems with windows login, sidebar gadgets, outlook, teamviewer and other applications.

i got big login probles. if i install it i can't access any accounts most of the time (95%). even in safe mode.
it cost me a day of tries on this to finally identify KB3097877.

there is no fix yet, just do update. if you did try until you can log in in safe mode, it will eventually happen, and remove it
