Check it out guys, I just bought the desk clamp mount for my dual monitors. Actually at the suggestion of one of you anons. It came in today (thanks amazon prime). Putting it together was a cinch, and I think it looks pretty damn good... It cleans up a lot of the clutter on my desk...more work room

I honestly like my set up now, I started off with just one table, but when I couldn't find any desks I liked I just added another one. I worked in a factory for a summer job and the pell grant is paying for my college this year so I have a few thousand dollars I could put towards a desk if I wanted one.

The 3-device switching is nice, I have 1 set to Bluetooth to my laptop, 2 set to the Unifying dongle which I use on other computers and 3 set to nothing atm.
The way you can hyperscroll on this mouse is so cool. It starts to freespin when if you flick the scroll wheel fast enough. You can set the sensitivity of that in Logitech Options.
It feels stupid comfortable in my hand. See if you can try one in-store or something to get the feel of it. Clicking is effortless. The horizontal scroll is useful for some things such as in video editing.
The side buttons take some time to get used to, it was hard to press at first but you have to get used to it and press it in a different way.
Really wish this thing had the scroll wheel side clicks found on a bunch of other logitech mice where you can push the scroll wheel to the left or the right to do something. I used to use this for navigation (back, forward).
The gesture button is pretty cool, it works. Would be nice if I could set the sensitivity of how far I have to move the mouse to activate what I have it set for. it's actually not that hard to press and move for the gestures.
The mouse feet are stupid smooth. Battery life is decent. Overall materials and feel of this mouse is pretty solid and premium. Well it has to be for the $100 price tag.

The Logitech Options software could be better. Application specific settings is super useful and it does actually work. It doesn't lag out sometimes like SetPoint (which is a heap of shit).
What's interesting is that the MacBook Pro trackpad is actually really good, so sometimes I'd forget to use the mouse because of the trackpad.
If work will pay for it, do it. If not, oh well. It's a great mouse and if you use the mouse A LOT at work, you might as well get a decent one for your workplace. It might not be comfortable for everyone (because obvious reasons) but it's a really nice mouse that I like to use. It works and I bring it basically everywhere with me.

I just wish it was cheaper. Also it only has a 1 year warranty vs. my previous $30 Logitech mouse that has a 3 year warranty. Like what the fuck Logitech. If I'm paying this much for a mouse, I better get a decent warranty out of it.

My usb 3.0 monitor adapter just arrived from amazon. It advertised 1920x1080 max but the monitor it's hooked only goes up to 1440x900 other wise it won't even show anything despite the monitor being a 1080p monitor. It interiors with the rear io. I thought so too for a while. The I tried a system with a sub at the university recording studio the difference is huge. The more you crank the base on the robots, the more muddier it seems to get. With a dedicated sub, you eliminate the problem, and get a much deeper sounding bass.
