1. For address search there is "AddressToGPS", it's online though, integrates well with osmand.

I just used it last weekend when I went on a trip to Germany. Downloaded a couple of areas beforehand, and it gave me a fully operational navigation system using 0 data.

Of course if you never go anywhere, Google Maps is just as useful.
