Ultra vs. Low comparison

What do the nvidia shills have to say?
>>
Besides the usual like amd housefires (which is wierd because only nvidia stuff starts fires) and poorfags?

Not much.

This is why AMD has a tesselation slider.

Wish we nvidiots did.

https://scalibq.wordpress.com/2011/01/19/catalyst-hotfix-11-1a-amd-admits-defeat-in-tessellation/

AMD needs to cheat at tessellation because they're weak at it

Nvidia GPUs don't require tessellation slider cheats because they can handle high tessellation

>NVIDIA throttles graphic performance for no visual gain. Tessellation of subpixels
It's because tessellation only cripples their cards 15~20%, but cripples AMD's between 30 and 40%.
>>
>>51281049
Nvidia rendering looks worse than AMD, that's where your 5 fps difference comes from on dx11.

The blame is misplaced here. This isn't a TWIMTBP title. Bethesda are just shitty developers and AMD make shitty graphics cards.

Most differences were also caused by the fact there's wind, hence the tree branches being affected.
>>
>>51283539
That shouldn't affect the lamp posts and other things though.

Either way the god rays themselves aren't visible in the difference file so either the setting doesn't change the visual appearance of the god rays but is changing how the god rays light objects or it's doing nothing at all.

This thread is literally about them sabotaging their own product, dumb-ass.
>>
>>51283838

You'll notice you never really hear Nvidia users complaining. Instead it's AMD users - overly concerned for them - that seem to do the complaining on their behalf. Often they're still trying to beat that dead horse of early days Witcher 3 performance before Nvidia fixed the driver for certain older cards. Everything is a conspiracy nowadays as frustrations with Nvidia's performance lead has grown, and AMD finding itself in the twilight hours of their company.
>>

You're acting like nvidia doesn't pull some shit every year. It isn't a conspiracy theory when they're well-known for doing this shit, "apologizing" when they get caught (if there is enough public outlash a la 4 = 3.5).

And no shit AMD users complain, because nvidia users were to imbecilic to choose a proper card in the first place. Googling "what is the best GPU?" and buying the slightly better, more expensive one. Versus many AMD users (like most of /g/) who weren't lazy enough to do a modicum of research and decided to, on moral grounds, to not support someone who fucks people over consistently.

I will always buy Intelâ„¢ because I only play games with Intel Insideâ„¢. Intel pioneers innovative new technologies like Hyper Threading Technologyâ„¢, Intel Rapid Start Technologyâ„¢ and the highest quality chipsets to ever grace motherboards.
When I boot up with a brand new Intelâ„¢ i7â„¢ with the latest Z chipset, I can enjoy the games the way they where meant to be with Intel Insideâ„¢. Intelâ„¢ also delivers a far more silkysmooth experience with its Hyper Threading Technologyâ„¢.
Intel i5â„¢ is also very power efficient. A processor is the most power hungry device in your house. Air conditioners, water heaters, lights, etc all use less power than a processor. Which is why Intelâ„¢ puts gamers first by ensuring that their gaming experience is of the highest quality while looking out for gamers by giving them the most value in their electrical bill.
At this point in time, there's really no reasons to consider an AMD processor at all. I tried once, it caused so much heat that it exploded and nearly burnt down my house. It also consumed so much power that it produced an EMP and destroyed not only the rest of my computer but my entire neighborhood.
Intelâ„¢ also pioneered how useless MORE CORES is with the iâ„¢ series processors. Years ago, everyone thought MORE CORES were the future. Now, Intelâ„¢ has debunked that myth entirely and increased efficiency. Now you can save thousands a year in electricity thanks to Intelâ„¢ with its powerful IPC. MORE CORES will never be part of Intel'sâ„¢ line up.
It's quite clear that OPs an AMD shill trying to convince you to settle on something less than the optimal experience with Intel Insideâ„¢. Intelâ„¢ is the only real way to play games. We have seen recently that they offer incredible libraries for software developers like Intel C++ Compiler. He is probably too poor to afford the Intel Insideâ„¢ experience and can not afford to play any games.
Don't be a poor gamer with bad chipsets and a huge power bills. Play games with Intel Insideâ„¢

nvidia cards last longer due to developers optimizing for their cards more.

That's more a testament to the extra performance AMD can wring out of unfucking their DX11 implementation along with the game specific optimization that they tend to lag heavily on. Realizing those gains are good, but it doesn't exactly paint their driver team in a good light.

It still makes AMD a good value purchase but both Team Green and Team Red don't seem to have a balanced perspective on (A) what the performance of the cards actually is, and (B) why it happens.
