I've done this several times recently on relatives and friends' PCs and DazLoader 2.2.2 works with both RTM and SP1 versions of Windows 7 as long as they're not pre-activated crap filled with russian rootkits and you do it before connecting them to the internet.

Just be careful with where you get the activator, probably consider using a linux machine to be completely sure you're not getting computer AIDS in the process of finding it and putting it in a USB stick. As long as it flags your copy of Windows as "activated" in Computer Properties, it doesn't matter much if it comes with extra "stuff" as the Win10 installation pretty much nukes the Win7 one if you tell it to.

Easiest is to actually buy a cheap prebuilt pc with good cpu and ram and a psu powerful enough for a gpu, and make sure it has a standard mobo and not some weird ass cpu and ram only proprietary board. And just buy a cable and add a gpu. And maybe add some fans. That way you also get windows for free or at least cheaper than retail.
