Instruction set and number of cores are two completely independent things, you retard.
You can have a single-core 64-bit CPU and a eight-core (or whatever many cores you want) 32-bit CPU.

Just look at smartphones, FFS. The Snapdragon 800/801/805 are 32-bit quad-cores.

Its because the first dyel cores,the cuo2duo from AMD couldnt handle more than 32,8 bits (lets round that up to 33)
But they needed 0,5 bit buffer to stop intel from bipelining skylake.
