PC minimum and recommended specs are always retarted, so I'm wondering. Can my PC really play Fallout 4 at the highest settings at 1080p?
My specs are:
i5-3470 3.2ghz
16gb RAM
Zotac GTX 970
So I head Fallout 4 is having all sorts of bugs and frame rate issues.

Yes, but it'll be slow as fuck. Highest will be slow as fuck on anything. You'll be able to play it on high which will look 95%+ as good as highest and will run at 60+fps.

I also have gtx 970 (1,5ghz on core), 8gb ram and phenom II X4 4,0hgz. I run witcher 3 on ultra at 1080p. I deleted my pre for f4 3 days ago when i heard about issues with optimalization. My quess is to just wait few weeks for patches and community fixes. Done same with f3 and fnv

I've got a 2500k and 970 and run it on ultra at 60+ fps ez. You won't have any problems
