this really sucks desu senpai
>>51267029
Looks good, thanks.
Depends what he's using it on. Opera Mobile/Mini are both decent. Much better than the alternatives for Android etc.
>>51267029
I was looking for something like this ever since opera died. 10000000000000 internets for you
>>51267029
>>51267156
Although, I just realized that vivaldi is chrome based as well so -1000000000 internets

How autistic do you have to be to get attached to a logo? Logos mean nothing more than the ability to distinguish the brand of a service/product.

Never because that would not benefit opera
FLAMES TO DUST
LOVERS TO FRIENDS
WHY DO ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO AN END?
Sometimes I launch opera 12.17 just to see how fast it still is compared to firefox and chrome

The only only thing that is guaranteed in this world is change.
Fuck you OP, quit bitching. New logo is fine. Old logo looked outdated. In 10 years new logo will look outdated. Get used to it.
>>51269128
>More and more pages using deliberate coding fuck ups that don't render properly in 12.17

>Firefox itself is going down the shitter
>Chrome/Chromium is a no go
>Vivaldi seems to have good intentions but is still clearly lacking
switched to ff until vivaldi is good. but Teebeeaitch I think the switch to webkit was right. People didnt care about compatibility with presto anymore.

It's better than Vivaldi though. If you're really an Opera (Presto) loyalist, stick with 12 and use a backup browser.
Switched from 12 to Vivaldi a few days ago. It's ready.
No more daily crashes. Can finally use mail again. Can use file lockers again. Miss some of the tiny customization options like removing close button [X] from tabs. Gestures are customizable if you can edit text settings files.
>>51270236
my chemical romance was definitely emo/goth

There's literally no difference between Opera and Chrome. Vivaldi is also basically the same, it just uses a bit less memory. I just stick to Iridium although I would prefer a memory friendlier browser, Iridium is just so fucking fast.

I feel you bro.
Opera 15 was the point of no return for this trend of walled garden software.
I have yet to find a browser as comfy as that.
Vivaldi is pretty comfy, even more comfy for some things, but that shit caching to disk and no option to decide what ta to go when you close one, are pretty big deal breakers.
Also the impossibility of adding bookmarks from the UI-less mode
>>51277614
>>51269520
To be fair that was after people kept asking Vivaldi to go open source repeatedly, even if developers already said it's not something they are willing to do at the moment, cause it would be catastrophic on the financial side.
Plus, that's just a user, not a developer, so who cares.
Going back to finance:
-who would pay for a godlike browser?
-how much?
I know that I'm willing to pay up to 30€ for a browser like old Opera, but updated to work with all sites and to remove all vulnerabilities.
Probably I'm pretty cheap, though.

>>51276105
Not him, but that makes perfect sense.
Maybe you should work on your reading comprehension.

Why?
Who /Opera on computer and phone linked by Sync/ here?
>Firefox is laggy and crashy on Windows, even worse on Android
>Chrome is good but I don't want my official personal Google account linked with my everyday browsing
Opera has the benefits of Chrome with lessened drawbacks.
Feels good man.
>>51284948
To me Chropera is Chrome with a nicer interface - Downloads drop down menu, Bookmarks interface, Speed Dial, nicer looking UI widgets.
