Does Linux not have something as basic as an inverting cursor? Really?
>>51259117
Pointless waste of resources.
>>51259117
I have a middle finger pointer cursor
Invert would be cool but annoying

>>51259117
What the hell kind of stupid feature is that?
You want to fall back to use software cursors instead of having it on its own hardware plane just for something so stupid?
>>51259552
You freetards literally have entire threads about ricing your desktop with lolis, and you have the guts to get assblasted on a cursor
>>51259568
There you go mate, you can make the cursor anything you want.
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Cursor_themes
>>51259568
ur the assblasted one here m8
>>51259577
Yes but can it be inverted?
>>51259585
Mate, at this point you are just using it as google.
Either search the databases listed in that article for an inverted theme, or go and make one in pinta.
>>51259588
You will need more than a theme to dynamically change the colours to whatever is behind the cursor.
>>51259602
Then read the article.
I'm sure it has options for transparency.
We aren't google.
>>51259602
>>51259585
That's a completely retarded and pointless feature that breaks HW cursors.
I can make all sorts of claims of windows being shit over small things as well:
Does Windows not even have something as basic as select to copy and middle-click pasting? Really?
Arguably, my one is actually something that is useful.
>>51259622
Given that xcursorgen takes png, if you make a transparent png, it'll probably work.

>>51259630
Transparency is not inverted. I'm not OP and don't really care by the way.
>>51259117
linux cursors have been shit since they removed the black cursor
>>51259636
Cut down that autism goy
>>51259117
My only annoyance with KDE.
>>51259630
Hardware cursors are just a small image buffer that is laid on top of the display buffer (in hardware) by the GPU and sent to the monitor, so you don't have to re-render the whole screen when the cursor moves.
The cursor knows nothing about what is behind it on the screen.
>>51259117
what are you even talking about?
>>51259667
But the black cursor is still there, anon
