Yes win10 is good, lots of nice shit, like fresh install from inside. you can try it for free, go to TechNet evaluation center, and download a free 90 day trail of win10 enterprise. or download win10 pro from Microsoft and make a usb boot tool, or cd or what ever. its free to try

Just get a new PC with windows (10 or preferably 7). Just have enough disk space to make a partition for a dual boot linux. Follow tutorials in order to not lose your windows boot. If you are new to linux go for Mint.

That start menu looks so retarded. One big clump of pixels on the left. Makes no sense UI-wise... Just because dumbfux got conditioned by older Windows versions to find a menu there.

Another vote for Vista, with SP2 it works just as well as 7 and without all the later versions metro/tablet UIs and botnet.
Vista was the last good version.
Linux is useless, unless you just like using cheap homebrew software, there's nothing of professional standard on it though,.
