32 bit app supports isn't going anywhere, you're not future-proofing buying wileyfox phones.
The Nexus 5 is 2 years old, runs on the not ancient sd800 and still manages to run smoother than the skinned garbage flagships of 2015.
sd801 will be absolutely perfect on the bloat-free Cyanogen OS especially with 3gb of ram.
I'd wait for the reviews to come in though, you never know with OnePlus.

The SD615 is underrated IMO. Powerwise, between a sd800 and 801, better power efficiency and cheap. That said, the Storm looks like a worse Moto X Play
